The first CPO course of the Nexus Praesidium Academy – Iași, 21–23 September 2026

From 21 to 23 September 2026, the Nexus Praesidium Academy held its first close protection (CPO) course in Iași. Three intense days in the field, with trainees working alongside the Academy's instructors on the core modules of the profession.

The programme included operational briefings, pistol shooting and shooting from vehicle cover, knife-attack defence, restraint and disarming techniques, and teamwork around the protected person. Every drill was followed by a debrief and individual corrections.

Course instructors: Antonio Di Nardo, Ionel Cringus and Nicolae Ababei, coordinated by Raffaele Citrigno, founder of Nexus Praesidium, with 30 years of experience, study and preparation in close protection.

The course ended with the award of participation certificates.

Next step: the Academy Open Day in November 2026 in Snagov (near Bucharest) – an open day to meet the instructor team and learn about the course programme. Registration at contact@nexuspraesidium.ro.
